Over the past decade I have worked as a designer for many household names such as Experian, Tesco, John Lewis, HSBC, Reach (Previously Trinity Mirror), Simply Business, David Lloyd Leisure and Ocado.
My Process
- Understand the customer's journey through qualitative and quantitative user research
- Develop personas
- Map out the user journey for their problem
- Identify commercially viable opportunities
- Develop the information architecture and hierarchy
- Wireframe and consult with key stakeholders
- Create visual designs with accessibility at its core
- Test whenever possible with real customers
- Assess the implications of my designs on the company’s processes and technical capabilities
